The food is decent, but they absolutely need to update their time estimates... I order to pickup food on Seamless so I dont have to wait when I get to an establishment, waiting around 20mins after the 25min estimate was ridiculous. Mangia-get a better staff or stop lying to yoursefl about how fast they work...

Do not let the reputation or the name of this restaurant fool you. It takes over an hour and a half to get your food, and the food always shows up cold. I've ordered from Mangia for the last time tonight.

Awful customer service and NO MORALS! Long story short I had a lunch delivery order that took 3 hours to get to me (after multiple calls), plus I was blamed for stealing an extra salad because the delivery guy had gone to the wrong floor and given it to someone else! THEN, I was contacted by an amazingly sweet manager who apologized and offered to donate a small amount of pastries to a charity event I am hosting, but when I contacted them to confirm it - she was no longer with Mangia and the person who took her place was INCREDIBLY rude and RENEGED on the minimal ($50) donation to the charity! These people make bad food, have horrible customer service, and have no morals!

I order for a small office... 10-16 items ordered at 11:30 AM (consistently) take until 1PM to arrive. This is when they say it will take 45 minutes... Not cool. The food is good and the service and the portions used to better better before the economy went down the drain. Please get better Mangia! Besides you and Dishes it's hard to find an eclectic lunch at a decent price in midtown.

I think its completely ridiculous that you charge 14$ for a small bowl of pasta with sauce... you are grossly overpriced and for 14$ I could buy 12lbs of pasta.... What justifies such a price ?

Salmon was fresh and tasty. However, the delivery was 45 mins late and there's no way 5 stalks of grilled asparagus should cost $4.50.

The time estimate for delivery is way off - 60-90 minutes is more like it - I have ordered from here almost every night for two weeks, and despite my office being 6 blocks from the restaurant I usually wait an hour for my food. Today I waited an hour and a half - and my food arrived stone cold. Unfortunately, even though the food is great, I won't be ordering from here anymore.

I ordered a chicken parm sandwich at 12:00. When the delivery arrived a little past 1 there was no sandwich in the package. i called, they promised to rush it over right away. when i called again at 2 they promised again to rush it over right away. When it finally arrive shortly after 2:30 the food was not very good. I would not ever order from this place again.

The food was excellent, but I did not get what I ordered. I ordered a tuscan white bean salad side and received a bean puree (like hummus) with toasted pita, which is texturely very, very different.

way overpriced food for what it is, especially dinner. i could get better meals at a deli during lunch hour. i ordered a "dijon mustard crusted salmon with mashed potatoes and sauteed broccoli rabe." came out to be steamed broccoli crowns and overcooked salmon with everything drenched in some mustard sauce that ruined what otherwise would have been decent mashed potatoes. will not order from again. speedy, but below mediocre.

I ordered a salad which I created myself. For 12 dollars, 14.27 with tax and tip, I should be full. This salad was so skimpy, i'm still hungry. I'm going to need to supplement this with something else for I'm going to be hungry in 20 minutes. Can we be a little more generous w/ the addons. Thank you

So I have heard good things about this place from my coworkers so I thought to myself, "hey, lets try it out". WRONG I ordered the Grilled Shrimp Entree/ Lunch, choosing a side of grilled vegetables. The price was about 11-12$. One would think (due to the description) it would include multiple hot grilled shrimp as an entree and a side of hot grilled vegetables. I received a small cold salad with 3 cold shrimp, and let me count... two mushy slices of tomato, a small watery slice of what I believe to be zucchini, and two soggy mashed up remnant pieces of what would be yellow squash. This is not a grilled shrimp entree with a side of grilled vegetables, it's a small salad which should go for half the price leaving one hungry for more. I'm hesitant to try anything else from this place, but at least they delivered on time.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I ordered 2 hours ago and my food still hasn't been delivered. I called 1.5 hours ago, and was told it was "on the way". I just called back and can't get an answer. AVOID

Delivery time estimate was 35 - 50 minutes - - we have been waiting for 1hr and 20 minutes and the food has not arrived. The explanation for the delay is that there was a lunch rush (order was placed at 10:54am)

The salad I ordered was good but I only got half a container of salad for $10.00. No value for my money. I will look into other restaurants when ordering salads.

quality is going down the tubes. Just ordered the turkey cobb salad which used to be cubes of turkey breast which they replaced with chopped turkey meat used in deli cold cut sandwiches...........and they kept the premium prices the same.

I'm surprised by the other reviews. I order from here all the time, both for my own lunch as well as catering for client lunches, and always find their sandwiches to be excellent (I have never ordered anything other than sandwiches and soups). They are known for their sandwiches, which tend to be expensive, but very good. Very prompt delivery in my experience.

The only reason I rated this restaurant 2 was because the french fries were pretty good. The hamburger was as hard and tough as leather; the bottom of the burger against the bun was as stiff as a board. You didn't get an option to request how you wanted the burger cooked but they make sure this one was extra well done; I nearly choked.

First impression is that it is overpriced. Ordered a 13 dollar Rigatoni and didn't even get a piece of bread.

Don't get the steak, the plastic knife they provide is too flimsy to cut it. It'll take you hours to eat.
